I hear the word ALL the time, we all do. So, what does it take to get it?
To some it comes naturally, to others a learned behavior, and to others it never does. The key to motivation comes from a deep desire inside us to change. Too many times we look to others to motivate us to do something, whether it’s eating right, exercising, doing better at our jobs, or whatever. What happens if that motivation disappears or you no longer feel motivated from the source?
You must motivate yourself. You must get off the couch and put your two feet in front of the other and move your ass. You must make sure you are prepared to have healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks(if your goal is a healthier lifestyle). It is you that has to decide if you really want to make a change. No one can make you do something, it’s all you!
Please don’t get me wrong, finding motivation from others is crucial to get you going and to help change your lifestyle. I have written about this personally as I use many motivational factors daily, but the difference is that I don’t just read, I put it into action. I know what I want and I make it happen.
Bottom line, get what you need to be motivated and don’t lose it, you are worth it!
